Thursday and Friday

Well, The flight went well and the Welcome party was awesome. Here are some of the photos. Today, school began. We met together and shared stories of the incredible families that we have here and how well we have been treated already. Many parents last night send the parents of Sibley their best wishes and thanks for all they did for their children in MN.All said that the Sibley were trying hard to speak Spanish. Woo Hoo! In one of the photos you'll see Jair getting a bite of his birthday cake.

There was a Welcome Presentation today over in the Elementary school auditorium. Classes from all three schools were present. The Junior class made some videos for us and they were presented. Then all of us were presented to the school.

After that, Ben and Lisa gave their Food presentations to one of the elementary classes. They became instant celebrities. All of our kids then were asked various questions (in English). They responded in English and Spanish.

Later today, the kids are headed to a "Luxury" mall after Pizza at sthefany's house. Tonight the kids will spend the night with their families.

Tomorrow morning also is with families.
