More pictures from the weekend. Beach, bonfire on the beach, bus ride back. Everyone was pretty exhausted and almost all that could slow us down did. We were called to the side of the road and checked by National Police. They went through a few bags, had all the men come off the bus, had a couple of the Guad guys empty pockets, and then sent us on our way. It was kind of unnerving but in the govt.'s fight against the cartels, periodic checks happen on all the highways. Also, there was an accident that shut the highway down for about 20 minutes. Luckily, some were able to sleep :)
